Large Mouse Ear

Prostrate mat, hairy but not glandular. Stems without flowers are mat-forming; flowering stems upright. Leaves to 1 in. long, lance-shaped to oblong. Flower bracts have colorless edges. Calyx without glands, tip edges tan or colorless, petals about same size as or smaller than calyx lobes. Grows in disturbed places, marshy or grassy places, lawns, below 7000 ft.
