Lomatium columbianum
Columbia Desert Parsley
Large upright clump of dense silver-gray foliage. Leaves with reddish or light brown petioles carry pinnately divided leaves. Leaflets linear to 3/4 in. long. Flowers wine red. Grows on dry rocky slopes along Columbia River. The only parsley family plant in the Pacific Northwest with this color combination.
