Yellow Coralbells
Tuft with upright flower stems. Leaves with long petioles, round, 1–2 in. across, palmately lobed with fine-stemmed glands. Flower spike of 10–35 flowers atop 4–10 in. stalk with smaller leaves. Flower with greenish white calyx; pale yellow petals divided into 5–10 lobes; 5 stamens. Grows on ledges, crevices, talus, in subalpine and alpine.
